All of our products are made to measure to the customer's specification.

Once a quote has been accepted a 50% deposit will be payable. Once the payment has cleared the fabric will be ordered. Once the fabric is ordered the deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled.

If a customer is supplying their own fabric a 20% charge will be added to the cost of making up the item to cover any faults or issues with fabric.

Full payment by either cash, cheque or BACS is required upon fitting.

Curtains vary greatly in weight. If the customer is supplying their own pole or track it is the customer's responsibility to check that the pole or track is installed correctly and that it can sustain the weight of the curtain.

If Wareham Interiors are supplying and fitting the pole or track, it is solely the customer's responsibility to check that the wall is suitable and correctly prepared for the pole to be fitted. Wareham Interiors accept no responsibility for any damage caused to either the curtains, tracks/poles or property if the wall is not suitable for the pole to be fitted to.

It is recommended that curtains are not dry cleaned but are instead vacuumed on a regular basis to keep them clean. However if you choose to dry clean, no responsibility will be accepted for shrinkage, colour fastness or any other damage sustained during this process.
